Weekly Meetings
Through participatory meetings, you and other members will have the unique opportunity to promote the services and skills you provide and identify your ideal target market or client base.
Each member is given an opportunity to make a statement, crafting their dream life and motivating beliefs, and asking for assistance from the group. Each may contribute to ongoing discussions: sharing the life-lessons they’ve gleaned along the road from coworkers, friends, family, associates or neighbors. The inspirational stories provide motivation, support, and ignite growth for those who are ready to take the next steps forward with their personal and professional lives.
Members support each other by asking questions, making suggestions, recommending information or contacts, or providing customer referrals. Through CNI, each member obtains access to a rich community of individuals – each with his or her own cultures and values – who are primed to be fully supportive of each other’s endeavors.
Specialized Forums
Certain chapters may provide options to join internal groups with more specialized focuses, including but not limited to, target market, political awareness, entertainment and fashion, and more. The groups are designed to provide camaraderie and support for those who wish to step forward in select areas of their personal lives.

Peer Coaches
Peer coaches are motivational specialists who will identify your unique definition of success, help you develop a specific plan of action, assist you in creating a “vision board”, and introduce you to power partners who can help you reach your goals.
First, your peer coach will introduce you to the benefits of CNI, answering questions about the organization, training material, network information, and goal achievement. Then he or she will quickly pinpoint your best skills, identify your weaknesses and provide you with tools to overcome them, and provide you with an overall plan to improve confidence, professionalism, character, self-respect, awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
In the outside world, peer coaches can easily cost hundreds of dollars an hour. With CNI, peer coaching is part of your membership benefits.
